I was just looking at deck plans and realized our stateroom will be directly over the Buena Vista Theater.(#6608)

Will it be noisy??:headache:

Thanks,

I don't know, but the shows are over by 9:30pm I think. I don't think they do anything until 2pm in there either so I think they have planned for that. Things seemed pretty well soundproofed to me. We didn't hear the neighbors on one side at all and I know they had small children from hearing them on the veranduh (they weren't out there too much either, probably in programs). On the other side we heard some slamming of closet doors and some arguing, but not too often. We didn't have anyone across from us either. Heard people in the hallway sometimes, but never late at night. There are too many better places to hang out and kids probably stayed all over the ship from each other so they weren't running "home" together in any one hallway. I wouldn't worry, you can let us know how it went when you find out though. Thanks.

In 10 cruises, the only "noise" problems we've had were from fellow cruisers who thought halls were for yelling.

The stuff in the BV theatre does run late into the night. The movies are shown there. However, I've never been aware of a problem with sound from the theatre. THe stuff in the Walt Disney theatre is over by 9:30.

People have reported noise on deck 2 from the nightclubs directly overhead. I've stayed on deck 2, but not right under the clubs. Never had a problem with engine noise either.....just a few rude guests and their children.
