Keep in mind that it's subjective...we were in 2506, and it was NOT noisy, I have NO clue why it's on that list...but seeing that list had me uptight before the cruise for a long time. "What if what if...", our cruise was full and we got one of the last 2 Cat 9s that were open, so it's not like we had a choice really. So I fretted until we got on board and I didn't hear a thing other than times when we were already awake, such as when we were docking at the ports!
