Noise level concern

We will arrive at Aulani the end of March. We have requested the Ewa Wing, island view facing the luau grounds. Is this a mistake ? Will the luau and movies on other nights be too loud to enjoy our balcony?
Also we are 4 adults, no kids. I recently found out Aunties Beach House is near . Have we requested the wrong wing for adults ?

We overlooked the luau lawn and had zero issues with noise. The sliding glass doors do an excellent job of blocking out the noise from movies or the luau if you don't want to hear it. You will hear it from the balcony but its not loud enough to mean you can't use the balcony. Depending on your exact room location you can even just wacth the luau/movie from your balcony.

Agreed--you should have no issues. The sliders completely block the noise

I was in a pool view 1BR last year right near the kids splash area and unless the sliding door was open there really wasn't much, if any noise.
