NOBODY IS MORE SURPRISED THAN US! GKTW alumni return! 10/21 MOVING DAY!!

Your trip is coming so quickly! I SO hope you have a wonderful, stress free, healthy trip! Prayers for all.... Ruth
Ruth, you have been on my heart so much. I am so thankful you are a year out from your heart attack and that retirement is in the near future. What a gift to have made such a wonderful recovery and praying for God's blessings on your life always.
Sorry to hear about your dad!! Continued prayers for your family. I'm sorry you had to cancel your trip. I was hoping for the best for JJ that the tics had subsided enough that you could.

Judy - Rachel looks amazing!! I'm glad to hear that she's on the mend!! Same for Lisa! I hope she gets well quickly!

Sorry I haven't been posting but I've been busy planning James and Sarah's birthday party which happened on Sunday!! I can't believe my princess turned 5 on Sunday and my baby turns 3 on Tuesday!! I'll post some pictures once I have an opportunity too. We had Jeremy's 1st Cub Scout meeting tonight and he looked so grown up!! Now I have Sarah's Girl Scout Information night on Wednesday. This week can not be over fast enough! We also had an ultrasound on Friday and the baby decided not to cooperate!! Not only did we not find out what it was but I had to go back in today!! This time we got a little bit more cooperation (got all the measurements we missed) and we found out we're having another little BOY!!!! Part of me is very relieved that it's another boy but kind of sad to not be getting another little princess. My biggest relief though is that everything looks great and as long as everything continues to go well we will be welcoming a healthy baby to the family in January!!

Rachel was one tough beauty I must say! I do hope these germs fly out of here quickly!

I am so excited for you!!!

I hope you and Lisa get well quickly. My guess is the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. It starts on the 27th and you are planning some DIS meets. :thumbsup2

I would LOVE to go to F&W on opening day...but that isn't it.

Judy - I am guessing another performance for the girls somewhere in Orlando?
But then again, I would rather the surprise be tickets to at least one Disney park! Although, SeaWorld would be great too :)
Those would both be wonderful, to go to WDW or SW! The girls performing together in Florida would be fabulous too...but that isn't it. ONe of these days!

Hi Judy, I tried calling you a couple of times on Sunday and the phone was busy. I'll try again this morning but will need to leave to go to shopping and to the airport around 10 am my time. If I don't call today, then I'll try again maybe on Sunday? Billy hasn't had time to do anything with the videos and pictures yet of the fiesta. We've both been busy doing last minute chores. Gave Tiffy her bath last night, cleaned the floors, and doing laundry. It rained this morning and the news says rain for the next couple of days. We need all the rain we can get here. At least I don't have to water the garden this morning! :thumbsup2

Praying that you are feeling better this morning along with Lisa and Rachel! You all need to be as healthy as you each can be so you can enjoy your vacation time. Hope you have all your days planned out with lots of fun and time to relax too!

Praying for your friend and all the needs here!

Hi my dear friend, please don't worry about calling today, it sounds like you have a plateful already! I didn't talk to a soul on Sunday, which is unusual, I wonder if my phone was playing games again. I might have to break down and get a new one. I am glad for the rain and that you don't have to water the garden..you know how ours did, working to turn it over for winter veggies, I hope they do better.

Tell Billy not to worry, we will be here when he gets the fiesta pics uploaded, that must have ben a fabulous time and so much fun! It will remind us of Saige and the movie.

I really want everyone healthy, at least I have time to try and kick it out. I was giving everybody extra Vitamins before bed last night. I don't feel great, but Christian has already told me he was taking the girls to guitar and voice tonight to meet Pete so I can get some rest...He is such a huge help, he often takes them to their activities or takes one one way , while I go another...it gives me such a huge break. He really is a great guy, some girl is gong to be very lucky one day.

I have to run, I hope everyone has a FABULOUS DAY!!! Prayers for all in need and PRAISE for the good things in life...there are many, count your blessings!

I didn't hardly recognize Rachel. She looks like a rock star. You are going to have to fight off the boys, but I'm sure you already knew that. I am so glad she could play and that Lisa is feeling like her old self. Hope the medicine helps and you all are healthy for your trip.:goodvibes

Keep popping those extra vitamins, Judy. You do NOT need to be sick when your vacation is coming up so very soon. What a sweetie Christian is to help you out by running young'uns here there and yonder.

I appreciate all of the support that you have given me over the last several hours. It's been a very trying stressful time to say the least.

One of our dear friends who supports us here has a crisis in their family. PLEASE pray for them, I will let them share if they choose.

I do believe that Judy is referring to me. I usually don't post my prayer requests on other's threads/reports because I don't want to take away from their excitement or their needs but my family is going through a very trying time right now and we need your prayers. A few of you are readers on my trip report so you are already aware of the situation.

I am a bit limited on what I can and can not say right now. Some of it is public knowledge and that's what I will share with you now. My cousin came home from work to find her drunk husband fighting with their daughter in law. My cousin was able to get the daughter in law out of the house and her husband hit my cousin repeatedly. When she ran out of the house, he followed and she grabbed a gun that she knew he had hidden outside. He told her that he would take care of her once and for all and she knew what that meant. She shot and killed him.

I know that some will say that guns don't kill people, people do. Others will say that she should have just run. Many will say that she went nuts. I will say that she is a God loving woman who would have never ever done anything like this unless it was absolutely necessary. Our family, her work associates, her church family and neighbors know her husband's history and know that she truly felt that it was absolutely necessary.

She has been charged with 2nd degree murder and is out on bond. I would ask that you please please pray for her, for her family and for her husband's family as they too are suffering.

Judy, I'm sorry for putting a damper on your happy time but prayers are desperately needed.

Mickeystoontown, will definitely be praying for your cousin and the rest of the family.

Judy, hope you are feeling better soon and everyone else stays healthy.

Any recent word on Diego?

Judy, you asked about Sept 27. Since we are not going up north, I can make myself available then. Did you need something done for you that day?

I had assumed so too. I've been praying ever so hard for your family since you first asked and I had no idea why. I can't even begin to imagine everything your family and his is going through with this tragic and unusual situation.

Luvin that Rockin pic of Rachel she looks fab :)

mickeystoontown hope everything works out ok for your cousin. Praying for you.

Mickeystoontown, you and your family will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers!!

Rachel was one tough beauty I must say! I do hope these germs fly out of here quickly!

I am so excited for you!!!

Yes those germs do need to move on and quickly!! Thank you again! We are also very excited. I'm trying really hard to enjoy each day of this pregnancy since I know this will be our last. Not because of any health reasons, it's just that I feel that our family will be complete once this little one joins our family.

I'm so sorry to hear your family is going through this. That's horrible she's being charged but unfortunately sometimes our system doesn't always work the way we'd like. Prayers for her and everyone and I really hope that things work out they way they should.

Congrats on the new son!

Thank you! We couldn't be happier!! Well Sarah could have been a little bit happier because she wanted a little sister. But I think she's good now.

Rachel look like an amazing rocker chick! So glad that she was feeling up to preforming and hope she is continuing to recover.

Prayers for Lisa that her sinus infection clears up. And you, my friend that you are feeling better!

I wish I was in Orlando on the 27th!!!!

Prayers for your family Mickeystoontown.

ladylyons, congrats on the boy!!

Prayers for anyone else in need.

Hi Judy
Prayers for all in need. Hope that everyone is ding as well as can be expected.

Our trip wasnt the best, the start was ok, we were havng a bit of a rough time getting into the swing and getting stuff accomplished, and was then a bit rough in the end, I got sick in Florida, we lost a mk day as we had to visit celebration hosptal and i got Ntibiotics for cellulitis. I saw the signes and knew what they were so i k n not to ignore it, but still it wasnt quite caught early enough. (not sure if you remember but the first time v and i went to disney, the same week in august in 2011 actually after we left disney and were at my bosses house in florida, the day before we flew home i got really sick with a high fever headache etc... Figuring it was the flu, i tried to sleep it off. Symptoms went away the next day flew home and thankfully didnt get sick again until i got home) This time i saw the signs and knew what it was and after starting chills i knew to medicate to control the fever and had to make the call to go to the hospital. The hospital was great i got a perscription which although was accurate for my diagnosis, it wasnt strong enough so it didnt stop the infection butit slowed the progression until i got home eand when I got home I went to my doc who sent me to the ER for IV antibiotics, 4 days of them and then oral meds. It has been a longer recovery than the last time as it got worse than the last time and was just "different".

V was amazing a the trip. I got blisters the second day we were there and my feet were a mess, it came to the point where walking was excruciating and the only way. Could keep going was pushing v in the stroller so I had something to hold. She was awesome, parking the stroller and getting the stroller and just doing stuff, being a bit of a gopher. Most kids could not d this and she was so willing. By our Epcot dAy, I knew I couldn't walk anymore. V was convinced she could push me in a wheelchair, we gave it a whirl at Epcot and it lasted an our. I tough I could wheel myself but no way.i don't know how people do it. I had to make a choice, go back to the hotel or get a scooter. I ended up near tears in Epcot from frustration and not wanting to ruin vs vacation and googled apple scooters on my phone and called. I asked for a scooter to port Orleans. When the guy realized that I was at Epcot he said no worries he would get it to me there. Service was amazing, they had a scooter at Epcot in less than 30 minutes. The scooter saved the las few days of our vacation. V thought it was the best thing ever. It was this day I saw the rash on my leg starting and got suspicious. We were supposed to be watching illuminations that night, got our spot and I just felt awful. The chills were starting and I said to v, I'm sorry I really don't feel well we need to go. Any other 6 year o,d probably would have cried. V is a special soul. It's okay erin, let's go. We booted it out of there and we're ahead of the crowd getting on the bus. Fever and chills all night, and then a hospital visit the nex morning.

As amazing as v is she did have her breaking moment, when we were cleaning/packing her up as her parents were coming to pick her up and I was telling her what to pick up while I packed and she blew up, no I am so nice to you and helping you and you're treating me like this etc.......... Little girl was tired and just done. For the record, she spilled a cookie and stuffin the floor and Thais what she was supposed to be cleaning up lol.

I flew home alone woohoo I can fly by myself. But what greeted me was a good week of recoup for md and my very sick cat, she lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks or so. She had stopped eating, went to the vet and $500 later ($300 was also spent a month before) an X-ray and anthesia and throat exam and no answers. We think that she may have a tumor in her head. She is almost 15 and walks with her head cocked to the right, was so weak and stumbling no balance etc..... We tried appetite stimulants etc.... And no go. We made a decision to put her down. Unfortunately a week ago Monday when we were trying to give hallie her pill, she accident,y bit my mom which ended up causing an infection and my mom got cellulitis! She went to the ER for IV meds. The hospital had to report the bite (no matter how it happened, didn't matter that it was an accident and the cat was just trying to close her mouth as we were trying to pry it open.) to public Heath. Next thing public health is involved and we have to keep the cat I. Confinement for 10 days t ensure she does not have rabies. We made the decision to have her put down. We still have to wait out the confine, ent period until we can do anything. The thought of her possibly suffering and in pain eats at me. To make things more confusing, she has decided yesterday to start eating. She has more energy andislooking and doing better, more like her old self and are still struggling with our decision. We are going to push forward with it, because despite her improvement, there very clearly is something wrong that we can fix. I worry that by giving her more time, we are prolonging any pain sheis in. Such a hard decision. I feel awful that people or the vet think we are bad pet parents for putting her to sleep despite the fact that she is improving. The facts tha at 14, she is pretty old and likely will go downhill again and we have already decided not to seek further treatment if that happens again and inevitably it will. Despite her improvement now, there still is Something wrong that the vet cannot identify. Decisions are so tough.

Hi Judy! I haven't posted in awhile and I was so far behind. It is so wonderful to see the way the people here hold each other up in prayer. I do pray for the needs as I read, and I think of you and your family and pray for you often.

I'm sorry about Rachel's fall. It is good to see her performing again, and I pray for a full recovery for her. We know that not one sparrow falls without God seeing it - He is a sovereign God and fulfills His purpose in our lives, but He loves Rachel and has His best in storefor her.

Your trip is so close now! I hope you can carve out the time you need to get ready! I have enjoyed reading about your movie nights - what a great idea!

Mickeystoontown, I am praying for your family too - what a horrible tragedy.
