NOAA sees more active hurricane season this year

I really hope everyone stays safe on land and sea and that their predictions are wrong!

Actually, they've been saying this for years, although based on last year and this we are having more activity!

After my very stationary house has been hit with both Ivan and Dennis, I'm thinking being on the movable Magic if a hurricane comes might be a nice change.

To add to the info. The NOAA Tropical Prediction Center is now following tropical depressions EIGHT that is expected to become a Tropical Storm sometime tomorrow.

It is forming south of Bermuda and heading north toward Bermuda and then the open Atlantic so no problems for the Wonder.

If it does become a Tropical Storm, it will be the earliest #8 on record.
