Did they finally get enough staff? Last week chat was open, this week I called and got right through. Was it random pixie dust or is customer service getting better? (aka properly staffed)
I am new to DVC and have making frequent calls this week that all have been answered pretty promptly. Though on one call I was sent on a loop 4 times, getting disconnected twice.

Let's hope this is the new consistent norm, and that the new CMs quickly learn everything they need to know. I'd like to be able to take that level of service for granted!
Going forward, I expect all our complaining will switch to the website.

My call was actually slightly complicated (reallocating points, merged two reservations, added room requests to 3 reservations) so I was prepared for a minor glitch somewhere. As far as I could tell everything went perfectly- and she knew how to merge without cancelling and risking someone grab the room, which I've seen people have issues with a couple times.
