No transportation selected? HELP!!

I could use a little help. I am worried because everytime I log into my Disney account and look at reservations, it shows everything besides our air.
I have contacted disney three times and each time they say hmmm I don't show anything. So I give them the flight numbers and the airline and times and they say, "ok it's now on there and everything should be fine". A week later I look under my disney reservation and it says no transportation seleced, so I call them again and the same story.
Will this cause any problems for us? The last time I called was last weekend and I went throught the same spill. When I look under my Disney reservation, yep you gussed it, it's not there. :confused3

Can you go on the airline site and call up YOUR reservation? That's what's important.
 
Yes, I can pull it up online and I have printed the flight numbers and times off but I was just concerned if it might cause problems with us getting picked up by Disney at the Airport and making sure our luggage is picked up and taken to our hotel. Also making sure they take our luggage and allowing us to pick up our tickets at the resort on our departure day.

Getting picked up (you and luggage) is provided by DME. Have you gotten your packet yet? You should get a packet (about a month before your trip I believe) with luggage tags and vouchers to get on the bus.

Yes, we have already received our packet which included disney plastic id tags to put on our luggage and large yellow stickers? I believe for putting on the luggage as well. I don't remember vouchers for the bus but I'll check when I get back home.
 
I would call ME directly and make sure they have your flight numbers. As long as ME knows your coming you'll be fine, if you haven't received your yellow tags and ME booklet they can advise you.

Look through your packet as it will have your hotel reservation and any extras that you booked such as park tickets and dining. Continue on in your book and you will come to the ME page it wil show your flight numbers and a map of the airport showing how to get from your terminal to the ME desk. Everything is now in one packet there is no extra packet from ME. Since you got the yellow tags to put on your luggage you should be fine. When in doubt call ME to double check.
 
Did you book your airfare through Disney? I'm not sure if your flight numbers/etc would show up on your reservation if you didn't book through Disney.

If you've already received the Magic Express booklet with the yellow luggage tags, you should be fine.

Your Magic Express vouchers are the "booklet" you received. :)
 
Flight information doesn't matter on the inbound, when you arrive at DME you will be put on the next bus to your resort. DME knows that there will be flight delays and other issues so you are not assigned to a specific bus from the airport to the resort.

On the return trip you will receive a confirmation under your door the day prior to departure. This should have all the correct info for your flight home including your DME pickup time. If it does not then call DME directly.

RAC doesn't send you anything, it is up to you to visit the desk and check your bags through to your home airport. Alternately you can bring them with you on the DME bus and check them at the airport.

You're fine. If you have that packet, in hand, then you have an active DME reservation!! Those yellow tags have to on the checked bags...one for each piece of checked luggage. You will find the vouchers for the bus ride inside the packet. One page has 4 vouchers on it..they are small.
Your return info 'may' be in the packet as well. But you will get a letter/note left in your room the day before you head out of WDW, giving you all the info you need for your ride back to MCO.

Of the top of my head I remember information about our resort and vouchers for credits in the arcade and mention of our dining plus along with a listing of our park tickets with water but i'm pretty sure it did not list any information regarding our flight.

So from what I am understanding, the yellow stickers on our luggage will tell Disney once we arrive in Florida where to take our luggage?

Also we still have not received our FastPass + tickets that we were selected to try out. Can I pick those up at the Airport or Resort if they don't come in time?

Yes, the yellow stickers get put on the handle of your luggage. Bags with those tags never show up at the airport baggage claim. DME gets them and delivers to your resort.

You would not be able to get your FP+ at the airport. Check at your resort if you don't receive them before you leave. Have something in writing showing you're entitled to them.

This exact thing happened to us on our last trip. I booked my own airfare. I called to add the flight info to my reservation, logged on later to check and it said no transportation. I waited a few days, logged on, still nothing. So I called again and was told that they had my airline info and my ME was booked. I received the packet with luggage tags and assumed we were fine. On our last night, we were at the front desk taking care of some other things and I decided to ask about our ME ressie, since we hadn't gotten the letter in our room yet. The CM looked it up and said they didn't have my flight info.:confused3 She took care of it, printed a letter for us, and everything was fine. But I would suggest asking when you check in, or at least not waiting until the last day, to make sure they have you booked for your return ME trip. Good luck!
