No Toy Story Fast Passes?

FPs for TSL should become ‘live’ in the FP system at least 60 days prior to June 30th. With an August visit, you’ll just book FPs as you normally would for any Attraction.
With the 90-day deadline for the opening of TSL coming up at the end of this month, I'm hoping there'll be more information about the tiering of the TSL rides then.

I’m excited to find out about this too! Crossing my fingers that RnRC will move to tier 2, but I highly doubt it.

I could not figure out why I can't secure a FP for TSM at 60 days out. Seems like they have NO FP for the time frame listed due to the new Toy Story Land construction. This is crappy for my party of 6.

Are you going between April 9 and May 7? They aren’t doing FP at all during that time.

Yeah, I'm with so many others here who are super sad that TSMM FP queue will be closed during our April 10-18 trip. We aren't big thrill ride folks so TS is our go to in HS. Now we'll have to either plan to be there before RD and boogie to TSMM (which will be a bit of a challenge for my 75 y/o Dad - even though he is in great shape for his age) and hope for a reasonable wait, or forego it all together. If it weren't for the fact that my Dad LOVES the March of the First Order and Indiana Jones - we too might skip HS this trip. While I am happy to have Toy Story and Galaxy's edge coming to the park this year and next, my heart is also pretty sad to have lost things like GMR, and the Backlot tour, and Osbourne lights in order to make way for all this new stuff. I always wonder why with ALL the land that they have still available to develop that they don't just construct a whole new park. Oh well/....

Same here! I would have much preferred that they would have kept the attractions you mentioned.

There are two prevailing rumors. Some say it will be closed to redo the entrance for the new layout of Toy Story Land. Others say it will be partially closed and standby only for whatever section is open.

Not quite. We know it will be standby only for a month-long stretch between April and May. What remains unknown is what will happen with the single track after that May 7 end date for standby-only. It could close completely until TSL opens, it could remain a single track with or without FPs until TSL opens or Disney could reopen all three tracks with the new entrance in a heavily walled-off portion of TSL.

I hope they do something because I am already in hot water over the Toy Story Land. The 8 year old saw the commercial and asked me if it was open when we are going. I tell her no it opend June 30th and will be there the 1st 2 weeks in June. This little angel/devil looks at me and asks well can't you just change everything and we can go at the end of June. Sigh

I'm just curious - will no FP at all have a huge impact on wait time? TSMM at California Adventure doesn't have FP at all and wait time, on average, is generally about 45-60 minutes (I've been on busy days and have never waited more than about 45 minutes). Obviously, only one track running will have an impact on wait time, but I wonder if no FP will actually increase wait time as much as people are worried about?

We are going June 11-20 and we aren't super worried about being able to ride or not since we have ridden so many times at DCA before.

Will be a HUGE impact, so much so that we'll probably skip HS completely. That was our main attraction there for now, but not waiting forever in line.

At California Adventure there are tons of other rides available, and even more if you also look at DL, since so many people hop. At HS there is very little else right now, especially without a height restriction, so everyone piles into TSMM, especially the families with young kids. (TSMM in CA does have Fast Pass now, at least as of last summer.)

Good points. I always forget how much harder it is to hop at WDW. And it also tells you how long it has been since I've been to Disneyland  - at least a year and a half. We haven't been AP holders in about 3 years, either.

Standby might move a little faster with the 1 track than it would if FP+ was available but I don’t think anyone should count on standby being shorter. I think it’s still probably best to assume the lines will be ridiculously long and that you need to RD it or do it very last thing.

May 7th is our last day there, also the last day of no TSM fastpasses. DH does not care for Disney World, but when I asked if there was anything he wanted to do he said this & RNRC. Gahhhhhhhhhhhh. I hope it'll be possible to rope drop TSM. :/
