No teacher discount at Swan/Dolphin

I called a bit ago to see about the cost of staying here with the teacher discount and they said there wasnt one available for the end of July/first part of Aug. Can anyone tell me why or when they usually come out?

I dont know how they work those discounts, but could it be that there were just no discounts available for the days you wanted? Like they were all taken already?

Sometimes they are sold out. It happened to us before, then I called back and the rate was available.
