No Starwars Galactic Spectacular in December 2018?

I was hoping for both again! We were planning on seeing it Dec. 21, JBJB is showing at 6:15 that night, with a park closing at 8pm I think. Maybe they are planning more and will announce as the time gets closer. Here's hoping!

What calendar are you looking at? The Disney site shows it at 8:30 on 12/21.

It doesn't appear that the final schedule is out yet. Last year Jingle Bell Jingle Jam was from early November into January replacing Stars Wars until late December when it was added back in addition to JBJB. but that was to help promote the new Star Wars movie coing out. Time will tell if they do both again this year.

I did an early Dec trip last year and it was a real letdown to find that the Star Wars was out and JBJB was in. I'm not a xmas guy so I've got obvious bias, but I was bringing family that would not be coming again in the foreseeable future and so we just skipped out on HS that trip.

That is new, I looked again thanks to your post! It had originally said 6:15, last year was 6:30 so I figured there would be something later, too. You posted the 8:30 time, so I checked again and it is now at 8:30. Thank you for the heads up! I know Disney changes things at the last minute, and happily this does not mess up my plans. Goes to show that after you've cemented all your reservations and FP, you still have to check periodically for changes.
