No speeding tonight

saw 6 police cars on the way home 2 had someone pulled over in 2 different places, one was hiding and 1 was driving around...
SHould I feel safe or scared??

This afternoon I saw 3 guys getting arrested downtown at lunchtime. Cab drivers wern't happy that the police cars were blocking the lane.
