No spectromagic from September 27th to October 3rd

Our vacation is scheduled for September 27th to October 3rd and I noticed that the Spectromagic parade (0ur favorite) is not scheduled at all that week and Fantasmic is only scheduled once. The MNSVSHP is offeed 3 times that week but it still leaves Mon 28th, Wed 30th open for the parade but there is none scheduled? I called Disney and they don't really know why this is. Does anyone have any info about this?

Yeah, I know it totally sucks! I am there the same week, but arrive the 26th so I am planning on going to Spectromagic that day. I guess Disney changes the hours/fireworks, etc as it gets closer so I believe they will add Spectromagic on either the 28th or 30th later. So don't lose hope.

That's what I was thinking too about the 28th and 30th. I'm glad you thought the same thing. Hopefully we will be right and they will add the parade. My DD's (5 and 3) loved this last year and I would hate to miss it. Oh well, here's hoping! I'll keep checking on it.

I can sympathize, BlueNoPink....we had to forego F! because of how Disney decided to schedule things. Luckily, we will be able to attend the Sepctro performance on the 26th (my favorite as well), but that means starting the day one place and then hopping to MK. Normally not a problem, but I have to worry about my DMIL and my Dbaby.

Hope that Disney does decide to add a performance....I love that parade!!!
