NO-show on a dining reservation?

I am making dining reservations for 5 (my family of 3 plus my parents) for Boma, Tuskers, and Ohanas. If my parents decide that they don't want to go to these all-you-can-eat (pricey) meals and they don't come with us, will we be charged the $10/person fee for them not showing? We will definitely go, but I'm not sure about them.
