No show charge even though ADR was honored

I had an ADR for 2 at Cape May. We had dinner here using this ADR and afterward when looking at our credit card receipt, I noticed a $20 no show charge for this night. I called Disney Dining and they said I must show my receipt to guest services to get this reversed. Hope I can find it! Has anyone else had this issue? Also, just warning others; If you pay with cash be sure to keep your receipt!!

I found my receipt and took it to guest services. I was given a $20 resort credit for the mistake on my ADR. I was fine with this solution.

Apparently mistakes happen sometimes. Keep your receipt and always check your credit card statement.

They gave you a receipt at the end of the meal that showed a $20 no show charge? (Which is totally strange)

Or you happened to check your CC and noticed it on your CC statement?

That's so weird! Glad they sorted it out for you.

I never check my CC bills on my smartphone on vacation....maybe I should start...

To clarify, The charge was on my credit card. I just happened to log into my bank account/ cc account to pay a bill and stumbled upon it. I otherwise might not have notice. Disney does an amazing job considering the volume of guests so I don't usually double check charges.
