Is their no sales tax or service charge on the characters at reception and transportation(booked a vintage car and charter a motorcoach)?I am using the worksheet in passporters and the sales tax and service fee columns are blocked out for those two

Yep! They're blocked out for a reason: No sales tax or service fee on transportation or entertainers. That allows the worksheet to correctly calculate the total tax and service charge on your event.

Also, if you look on page 50, there's a chart that shows you what gets tax and service charge.
