Anyone ever try this diet with any results? Basically it's no "s' (sugars, starches or sweets) except for day starting with "s" (Sat., Sun., and Special occasions). Need to get back on track. Goal is to lose 20lbs by the end of the year but in a healthy way.

My co-worker did that and last all of about a week. She was cranky and miserable.

I have a feeling it might work pretty good, especially if you only need to lose 20 lbs. And it would be really easy to keep a healthy diet overall.
I am following Wendy Chant's "Crack the fat-loss code" book/diet and it's somewhat similiar in that she proposes strongly cutting back on sugars and starches. It's not a terribly hard diet and it is really easy to have a healthy diet on it. And it seems to be working well for me.

My problem would be that I would find a different word for it all so I could eat anything:lmao: Candy, potato chips, chocolate no s words there!

Denying yourself specific foods only sets you up for failure. Just eat everything in moderation. Weight Watchers or a Diabetic diet would work as good. Just make sure you add exercise in with your food decrease.
