No Rooms Available December Weekends?

Being a Florida Resident, I stalk reservations every day until I find a great deal and book. I have been looking at Disney Resorts the first 2 weeks in December- they have been going up and down. Then yesterday they are almost all gone. Did I miss something?

Weekends are popular. I would call to verify, sometimes online isn't working correctly.

There's just no "down" time in Disney anymore. Weekends are always busier and the closer to the holidays, you'll get people that are locals or within a short drive that want to take in the holiday spirit. Heck, on the DVC side, this time of year is almost booked solid by mid-summer.
