No room at the Inn

I can't believe it, all this week I have been trying to get a room at Disney for me and my little sister to go to WDW at the end of March/begining of April. Ther is NOTHING available. Well actually I CAN believe it, I guess it is Spring break and all, and thats what I get for waiting till the last minute. Actually, DH decided to buy a large screen TV, (yes, an impulse buy) so he is given me $ for me and my sister to go to WDW. I even looked at romms offsite and there is nothing. How far off site can I stay and still be some what associated with Disney, like with in walking distance to the market place and free transportation to the parks? I'm making myself feel better by saying,,, "Well, if it's that crowded, I don't want to go anyway because we'll have to wait forever to do the attractions" Make sence? Uggh!
