No restocking fee?

Was wondering if anyone knows of a store that sells cameras that has a low or no restocking fee. I'm guessing it's a long shot since I imagine most if not all store charge a restocking fee if it's opened.
I am looking at a camera (Canon Powershot 850) that is new to the market and has little reviews.

Check B&H and Adorama. I am not sure, but they might not.
