For some reason, I had not been keeping receipts from our QS DDP this trip. Early on, my 11yo purchased three snacks at our resort, intending to use one meal credit. The next day, we tried our first Dole whip at MK (oh yes, it's a new must-do) and I noticed we were down three snacks more than I expected. I realized it must have happened when DD got her snacks the night before.
We were disappointed, because we wanted to use snack credits at the parks, and a few meal credits for snacks at the resorts (unhealthy and wasteful, I know, but we're not always up for the full meal). But with no receipts, I thought we'd have to live with it.
I decided to try our resort front desk anyway. Sure enough, the CM could locate on the computer the exact three snacks my daughter had bought--and then converted them back into a meal. We were all set. She was so nice about it, too!
Just wanted to share an example of Disney fixing my mistake quickly and painlessly.
