No puppy for me

We were hoping to get a Pug puppy this afternoon, but unfortunately, it isn't going to happen. Pugs are sooo expensive around here...$800-$1000. A friend of our's brother is flying here today from Kansas City and was going to bring us a puppy. We aren't picky, just wanted a healthy little girl. Pugs are around $400-$500 there. He called last night and said he isn't bringing one. Not sure of the details..dh took the call. Oh well...maybe I will just save my pennies and purchase one another time. Thanks for listening.
