DH went on website, and put in our info.. then ordered our 40 Q & C vouchers.. which came in two days.
Was only billed once, (not twice).... and showed up correctly on our statement.
DH called to cancel, and he had no salesperson try to upsell him or to continue the membership
I have heard horror stories of service reps trying to upsell when cancelling. He just siad I want to cancel, and the rep said, OK.. and that was it. He called about 6 pm Eastern time, so maybe he was just tired.. and end of shift.
