No POTC!! Wailing...

I just found out POTC will be closed when we are down for our honeymoon in May!! They're closing it in March to refurbish the darned thing, add special effects and Captain Jack Sparrow etc. I am so upset! This is my husband's fave ride, and one of mine. Whatever shall we do? We've already been singing Yo ho ho ho a pirate's life for me...

I presume it's "only" the PotC in Orlando? I just booked for a weekend in Anaheim in April.

I just saw that POC 2 "the movie" will be coming out in July. Looks like they are reopening the rides to coinside with this time.

Wouldn't it be nice if they brought the real Jack Sparrow-Johnny Depp- in to try out the ride? Maybe on July3 while I am there. And I would gladly ride with him- the kids can fend for themselves. aaaaah I can dream can't I ........
