Does Cinderella's meal require a credit card deposit? If so you will have your credit card statement with the date charged...just a thought.

We always save our confirmation numbers.

that doesn't always matter. I had a CM make a mistake once and canceled our Chef Mickey dinner. Even though I had the confirmation number - it did little good. All they could tell me was when it was cancelled. Didn't matter at all that I insisted, cried, begged, and pleaded that it be reinstated. They had given our time away and wouldn't do a thing to help me.

I just got off the phone from a manager at Disney Dining who got my reservation for Cinderella's!!!! I guess Dixney Magic is still alive! And to top it off - she is getting an autographed card from Cinderella to be in our room when we get there!!!

I'm glad you got your reservation back! You had me a bit freaked - we are there the same week and I was worried about our CRT reservation. Called this AM and it is all set - whew!

Yeah, Slakk! Congratulations! Pixie dust and Disney Magic are always there, they just hide sometimes and come to us when it knows we need it most!

Just returned from WDW and had some of same problems. No hope of getting reservations either with the Candlelight going on in Epcot. Everything was booked. Had my all my confirmation info faxed to me when first made but they changed all but two of reservations to following week. Major computer problems at the world right now as some cast members are taking counter service meals instead of snacks if use dining plan and then things are having to be hand written if you can get a supervisor to okay it so they can post later to your account. Had called to confirm everything a week before the trip and still all messed up on arrival. So check and double check as I know of at least 5 families last week that pixie dust was not working for with all their plans. Not a good time but hoping all the bad pixie dust was on us and not the rest of you for your holidays.

We waited no less to be seated at those than we did at the palces where we simply showed up for stand by seating...
