no pin code for us :( I don't think the CM I spoke with even knew that codes exist!

She said there were no discounts available after 8/14 and made me feel pretty darn crazy for even inquiring about it. I REALLY want a room discount so we can stay at a moderate and pay OOP for a QS dining plan. I don't really get many emails from Disney but I just went in and saved another vacation package so maybe that'll work.

There are definitely pin codes out there now. I called yesterday to make a reservation for Oct. 1-7th. Since there weren't any public or AP codes out yet, I was just going to make a reservation using my AAA discount.

When I talked to the CM she told me I had a pin code attached to my name. That's never happened to me before! I didn't even ask about it.

I'd try another CM. Try the tip everyone here talks about - go online and price out and save a trip. When you close out the site tell them your not booking because it's too much money. I did that a few days before I called. I didn't receive an e-mail, and I don't know if it's why the code was there, but it can't hurt.

I haven't gotten the pop up screen either. Am I missing some step in the process?

Try hitting the back button on your browser after saving a trip. I'm pretty sure that's when mine popped up. I know it came up when I hit back, I'm just not sure exactly when.
