No Park Hopper/ Park Re-Entry

We took a look at our plans this year and decided (for the first time ever) we are not going to buy a park hopper. I have a few questions on this..

(1) If we choose to visit one park (let's just say Epcot) in the morning and return to our resort for the afternoon but wish to go back to the same park (Epcot) later than evening, is that OK to do without the park hopper (since we would still be at the same park?)

(2) If a circumstance arises when we're there that would necessitate us park hopping, I've read that we can add it on site. How is that priced (a pro-rata of our remaining days?) Where would we go/ how would we do this?

1) No problem re-entering as many times as you want. (same park)

2) No pro-rating available. Hopping is a flat rate option regardless of how long the ticket is for. So while you can add it at any time, once you decide to do so, it's best to do it right away so you can get the most use out of it.

2. Yep, and it is a flat rate regardless of when it is added. Just visit any guest relations window inside of outside of the parks or at DTD. To get the most flexibility, add it as soon as you think you'll want it since it costs the same no matter when you add it.

Park hopping is a flat rate cost that covers your entire ticket, as posted above. But it's a different add-on price depending on how many park days you have. Days 1-3, it's $50+tax. Days 4-10, it's $64+tax.

Any Disney park ticket booth or Guest Relations can add this option for you, including 2 Guest Relations facilities at DTD.
