No option to choose/customize magic band

Is anyone else not getting the option to choose/customize magic bands? I've tried the app and the website and when I click choose magic bands I just see my old magic bands and there is no option to choose new bands. I know it was there when I initially made the reservation. We're now 31 days out and I can't customize them. It's been like this for at least the past week when I started trying to do it.

This happened to me too. I did the online chat with them and they were able to fix it right away.

I had the problem too, I called IT and they fixed it pretty quickly. I'd call right away or you will end up with all gray magic bands.

I inquired about the time frame also and was told that shipping on Magic Bands is now at 3 weeks. Im stuck on the shipping soon sign as well, with 3 wks and 3 days to go.

I called for one of my clients today with the same issue. IT fixed it right away and said it's been happening a lot lately.

This happens to me every time I modify an existing reservation on the DVC website. I chatted with a cast member once to have it fixed. The last time this happened, I just did updated my online check in and that fixed the problem and it was a lot quicker than calling or chatting with Disney.
