I made our PS at the Prime Time at 90 days, at that point all I could get was 5:15, which I do not want because the parade starts at 5:30. I called again when the park hours were posted on the WDW site still nothing after 5:15 for our party of 7, the last seating they had listed was 6:00. I tried again at 45 days out still nothing later than 6:00pm seatings.
Well today is 30 days, so I call, and the CM said all they had was a 9:00pm seating....now I really do not want to eat that late, the park closes at 9:00 and Fantasmic is at 9:00. The CM checked for the rest of the week and said everything was booked in the evening for that whole week! He said something about a cheerleading competition, but I was not able to locate anything about it, and why would they have the Prime Time booked all week.
Anyone else trying to get a PS at the Prime Time during this week, have you had any success?

We tried to book Chef Mickey's for the same time frame-- 6/24 - 7/3-- and it's all booked. We have a party of 7, and I guess we'll attempt to get in on the off chance that someone misses their PS.

We tried to get dinner there for Tues of that week. Park is open til 10PM and only available was 9:50PM. I just tried on Wed or Thurs of this past week. I don't understand how people can know what they are going to do each day 90 days out. Anyway 9:50 is too late so we opted for a late lunch there. 3:00 PM they serve lunch until 4:00 PM I think. So, good early breakfast, late lunch and light dinner somewhere. So you might want to think about something like that.

Also, on the Chef Mickey. I got Crystal Palace with Pooh characters for dinner and booked that this week. We thought the food was better there. Just an idea. We are going the same time as you.

I called on Thursday and got 50's Prime Time on June 28th at 7:20...but there are only two of us so maybe that is why!

When I spoke to the CM, I told him we could break up our group, all 7 of did not have to sit together, but he could find nothing. I called back again today and same thing, nothing available at the Prime Time for dinner until 8:50. He said it was strange that there was nothing for dinner the whole week. So I decided to go to Hollywood and Vine on the 27th with the Fantasmic Package @7:00 and then booked lunch at the Prime Time on 7/1.
The CM at Disney Dining was so nice, it was hard with 7 people, he ended up booking me 2 tables of 4 at each restaurant.

Thank you for the information, I could not find anything on the Disney Website and figured the CM had made an error. But it appears that the competition is not being held at the World of Sports and that is why it was not on the website.
Do you know what size group this will be? I wonder what impact this will have on the parks? Obviously they have the Prime Time Cafe booked up.

Oh believe me, we know ....

those planners out there, you know who you are! ;)

enough to walk right into Prime-time cafe with only about a 15 minute wait.. in march. But then there is only 4 of us.

This is what I suggest.

See the stars and motercars parade.. then mosey to the primetime for a late lunch/early dinner. Perhaps split your crew into two smaller parties. Then hit tower of terror on your way to wait to see fantasmic. We had plenty of time and even were hungry enough later (after fantasmic) to eat a snack at Beaches and Cream.
