No openings at Las Ventanas for Nov 30?

We are looking to go down to Orlando for a week Dec 1-8.

We aren't going into the parks, but instead this trip have decided to focus on things we wouldn't normally do on a WDW trip since we'd be busy in the parks.

We were hoping to do Las Ventanas one of our days there, I've always heard good things when it's mentioned! I was looking today just to test out how in demand each of our places is so I knew what to prioritize in the coming days for ADRs, and looking at Nov 30 for Breakfast (latest possible date I could look at) it shows nothing available.

Anyone know why? Does this have something to do with the construction? I would normally just chalk it up to onsite guests having the 180+10 advantage, but I never realized Las Ventanas was so in demand!

Any tips on how to get in? Heck, I was thinking this was one of the places I wouldn't need to bolt out of bed for!

Right? I only found out it even existed a few years ago when we popped in there to check out the resort. i came home and looked it up here and found it wasn't mentioned often but when it was it was often highly praised. Maybe it's just not meant to be for us this trip!

That was my original thought, although a convention is also a good point. I saw something in a thread from last month that mentioned Pepper Market was going to be closed for awhile but not the others, however maybe they're intending by December to have it flip flopped with Pepper Market opened and the others under refurb.

I think breakfast is the only meal they serve now. It's also operated by a third party. My guess is that its either reserved for a group or convention that morning or they have not opened up ADR availability yet, which is common with third party operated restaurants. Keep checking.

Can you elaborate where you heard this about Pepper Market? I've not read anything about it closing entirely for refurb, but know they have been closing off sections of it to install new flooring I believe. I would think if they were closing for a full refurb, they would have waited to do the flooring changes at that time.

You're right, it looks like Pepper Market will only have small parts of it closed at a time. For some reason I read it as "Pepper market will be undergoing refurbishment, but you're welcome to enjoy one of our other locations."
