I had to come here and shout from the rooftops (or the...board tops....) that I JUST BOOKED A TRIP TO DISNEY WORLD 15 MINUTES AGO, AND THE KIDS DON'T KNOW IT!!!

10 days, 9 nights at the Wilderness lodge - woods view. Parkhopper - no waterparks and dining plan. September isn't coming fast enough!!!!

Laura... do you live in Geneseo NY..... I went to college there back in the early 80's.... was an ADE.... sure did love it....my DD is graduating this year... she didn't want to apply to Geneseo but many of her friends have been accepted...

Maggied - Do you realize you are the FIRST person to ask if I live in Geneseo, NY?? Everyone alawys asks if I live in Geneseo, Ill. Yup! I live in NY - just down the road from the college. My husband went to college here, we moved back to Long Island for the first year of our marriage (we grew up there), hated it, and moved to Geneseo. We love it here! Have you been back this way since you graduated? I'm sure it's changed a lot - It's changed so much in the 5 years we've been here.

We are surprising one child and his girlfriend this Aug/Sept, our daughter knows what is going on. Can't wait!!!

We just got together with my DW's cousin - Claire - yesterday, and she's ready to burst with all the secrets she's keeping about our December trip (including some from my DW!!!)

Claire's DD-22 - Grace - knows we're coming in December and told her Mom "Ya know - I REALLY would like to go to the Magic Kingdom." - and little does she know, but that is what we are planning, complete with lunch at Cindy's Castle (Grace has never been to the castle to eat ... But we'll save that surprise for about 5 minutes before it's time to go: "We went there last time and decided to pass this trip" or "Can you believe it - I couldn't get a reservation?!?")

I also have to check wth Claire, but I seem to recall someone saying that Grace's birthday was in December ... Da you think she'll like a cake delivered by a princess? (I'll keep that one from Claire, too ...)
