No new Fun In The Sun-passes anymore...

Hi everyone,
some travelagents here have announced today that there will be no FITS-passes anymore, because of the new Disneyticketsytem.
So if the old cards expire there will be no new ones , that's sad, isn't it?

I wonder if the World Pass is still going to be available. It was good for 30 days. It might be another option for overseas travellers that come for several weeks.

WE are just back using the FITS tickets for my parents. With the new ticket system their cost would have been amost the same. We were hassled "a little" by the CM who had to exchange the voucher which was funny since my parents are actually from Germany, however their primary address is here in the US.

I wouldn't do it again because I hated "worrying" about the whole exchange business.

I was told will be some sort of extended-stay ticket available to international visitors. No details yet, but I do think they are going to discontinue FITS and do some kind of MYW-type pass that is for a long stay.

I have used these in the past. First time I bought from the ticket sellers down in florida that were selling them. We had no problems other then a comment about "I thought only foriengers could get these" I said "Apparently not, we got them here from Florida.

The second time is for our upcoming trip in March, I bought them from a guy i the netherlands. Same tickets as last trip, but know I have a whole more more worries about it now that I see hear they did away with them. I hope they will still exchange them at the gate!
