Is it possible to just buy a 1 day admission to the water parks instead of doing the park hopper option?

1 day ticket is $62 as far as I have researched

So is the reverse route used to get back to our resort after our day at the water park ?

I believe so yes.

If it's an option, I think I might drive to the water parks. It is an easy drive and parking was so simple.

I totally agree parking is great in the parks isn't it. We do the same.

Yes, for as long as DQ remains open. It may not be advertised or say so anywhere, but as far as I know the WPF&M options will still allow you into DQ. DQ will permanently close later this year though (can't recall the exact date).

Yup.
Disney Quest was designed to be a nationwide chain of video game (etc.) venues.
That idea (along with the couple that actually opened) fizzled.
