Just a question that I am sure Disney has covered but if there is no more fingerprinting at the parks how do they know you are in fact that person wearing that band as you enter?

They also can take your picture. On our last trip, my husband was having trouble getting his finger scan to work. The CM with the iPad came over and told him which finger to use. She then turned her iPad around and showed a picture of him entering the MK that morning using a different finger for the scan.
Unless you have an issue with the MB or card & have to show an ID for something they probably wouldn't know. I have been to the parks 2x since re-opening & haven't needed to show my ID since my MB worked fine.
BUT it's not like I can hand out my extra MBs to friends & say "let's go have a day at Disney" & off we go. You need a park reservation to enter & it's only 1 park per day per person.
So could I give someone my MB with a park reservation & off they go? Sure. Would I? Nope. I am not going to risk losing my AP.
