it is World of Colors... And they are trying to get it up and running asap as Disneyland will try to send guest from DL fantasmic --> DCA World of Colors.

According to Al Lutz, the planned grand opening for WoC is the weekend of April 24, 2010, and passes might be needed to see WoC.
