No More CK Disney Big Book of Ideas!!

Just for anyone interested: Creating Keepsakes will NOT be making a new Big Idea Book of Disney Memories! I was informed by a employee at my scrapbook store that CK couldn't work out a license agreement with Disney to make the new book. I only wish the Disney Scrappers could convince Disney to allow CK to make the book. If anyone has any ideas, please, let me know!

I looked for the CK Disney Idea Book, before it was "taken off of the shelves". Now, I am sooo disappointed that I couldn't find it!

I ordered my copy on line directly from CK last week. It's already been delivered and I'm so happy I ordered it before it went away for good.

What exactly was this book? Was it the book of paper or just ideas? Last week Michael's had a book with all Disney paper in it.

I have 2 Disney idea books, one is made by Hot off the Press and is an idea book at the front and then has disney paper at the back, it has at least 20 sheets of 8x11 disney paper in it.

the CK one is just ideas, no paper. I think I prefer the ideas to the HOTP one, but they are somewhat dated looking compared with the recent CK idea books which is probably why they have discontinued it. Not that I do cutting edge pages, but that seems to be the style that CK like to be associated with.

I have the Ck book of Disney Ideas. I love it!
It gives you ideas for all the packs, including DL. I can't wait to try out some the LO

Bev, that is so true! I was just going through some of my older CK Idea Books (from 3-4 years ago) and there is no way any of those pages that they put in those books would make it into any issues of CK now! It sort of made me sad ... I guess I'm not a very cutting edge kind of girl...... I miss a lot of that old, simple stuff.

Ahhh man, I really wanted that book however I refuse to pay 35.00 for it-that is the price here in Canada, I keep hoping that someone will have a used copy they will want to sell!

Yipeee, I may get a copy of the book after all!! I posted a message on another board I "frequent" asking if anyone had a copy to sell! And would you believe it someone offered to sell me their copy for 10.00 plus postage!! Guess it never hurts to ask hey!!

I've seen copies floating around, on Ebay and in some on-line bookstores. I'm sure you can find one if you look.

Are you sure CK is still selling it on-line?
