NO more Chicken Strips????

I beg to differ, they were not the same. They were more like a pressed chicken, they were really nasty, really, really nasty.

I am not quite sure where or when you got them, but they do not have pressed chicken nuggets or strips. They are identical in recipe and include white meat chicken, not McDonald's style nuggets. The only difference is the size. Perhaps you had a bad batch?

I am a chicken strip LOVER..but these were smaller in size and I just didnt have to cut them to dip in my catsup....they taste the same and are not fillers ..but white chicken meat........I know the difference between white pressed chicken from mc donalds.....

I agree 100%. There was no difference whatsoever, but size.

I ate quite a few of the new nuggets/strips in April. I found them at Boma, Crystal Palace, and others.

OK, here's the deal folks. Disney serves TWO different types of nuggets. If it's on the kids menu, those ones are the processed formed nuggets. If they are anywhere other then the kids menu, they are the whole white meat nuggets. Easy way to tell the difference is look at the nugget. If it is basically flat, that's the processed kid nugget. If it doesn't have discerend sides, then it's the white meat nugget. :thumbsup2

See, I think there is a difference between these new nuggets and the former nuggets on the kid's menu. It sounds like the new nuggets are similar to the old strips. Maybe they still have those weird kid's meal nuggets, too. They were pretty dry and tasteless. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Yes, I know exactly what you mean....for the longest time I would go to Captain Cooks just to get the chicken strips kids meal, because the kids chicken nuggets meal at the POR was horrible....I felt guilty making my little one eat them. We loved the chicken strips, so I too hope that the new nuggets are as good as people are posting. :confused3

I was really ticked about this. I wrote to WDW and I actually had a call back from someone at Disney. She assured me that the nuggets were "exactly the same", and she hoped that the change wouldn't adversely affect my trip.

Of course this was before they ruined the burgers and hot dogs with the whole wheat buns:sad2: Otherwise I would have called her on that too.

We go on our trip in 112 days so I guess we'll see when we get there.

OK, good to know. I remember those little dry kid's nuggets -- nasty. As long as the new ones taste like the old strips, I'm good to go! They still have that yummy honey mustard, too, right?

we ate the chicken breast nuggets as they are called on our last trip a few months ago and also had the buns.......the buns are not white but they are not wheat either.....more like a whole grain......it wasnt bad honest.....cause my husband didnt know the difference until I told him.....

What buns? Hamburger buns? They changed THOSE, too???

I got them in June at the Pop Food court and again at Columbia Harbour House and they were NASTY and looked like pressed chicken and tasted like it. They tasted nothing like the strips that I LOVE.
