I didn't mean to be debating anything. I was just making the point that just because BOG is technically a CS location, it isn't really the same as other CS places like Cosmic Ray's or Pecos Bill's since eating there requires an ADR (which I realize is OT as far as the cheese sauce topic is concerned so my apologies for straying from the topic).

I work at a QSR that serves cheese nearly every guest uses it. Sad to see it go but i'm glad I never have to refill it again.

Went to cosmic rays last night and they still had the hot cheese next to the mushrooms and onions on the toppings bar. DH was so happy it wasn't gone yet.

I went and had the cheese one last time before it was gone and at first i was like "THIS IS THE BEST FAKE CHEESE EVER" to a few french fries later "WHY DID I THINK THIS TASTED GOOD!"
