No milesource confirmation at cash out?

Dh cashed out at milesource around 3 weeks ago and received no confirmation email from milesource. The points were taken from his account immediately though. Anyway, yesterday he noticed that his account has an additional 500 awardmiles because of his cashing out. Should he take this as a good sign that his order is/has been processed?? TIA!

Yes, the 500 points is a bonus for cashing out. I cashed out recently and never got email confirmation, just the 500 points and then my giveanything.com code a week or two later.
