no mickey monitor!

Hi everyone,
I bought annual passes in May '02 and have yet to receive a "mickey monitor". We moved from MN to PA in August so I figured I missed one around there because of the move. When I made ressies for MNSSHP in Oct. I made sure to change the address. I still haven't received one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that another one came out right around the beginning of November, so it's possible that if you didn't change your address with them until sometime in October that you missed the November one as well. You could call the passholder line at the number on your pass sleeve and ask for another one to be sent, or you could wait until early February when another one is probably due out anyway.

Well it's probably not first class mail that's why it wasn't forwarded. Leaflet type mail like that usually doesn't get forwarded, if I remember right. CRO couldn't help you?? Well, how about giving the web site a try and leaving an email for them? If worst comes to worst, maybe I can photocopy mine and send it or something LOL. If it were me though, I'd just wait until the end of February, and then if you don't get one by then start to contact them. Usually you kinda hear on these boards when people start getting them, so you know when you should be getting one.

The above poster is correct. I work with a mail order company that has publications for its members. We send our publications bulk rate mail which the post office will not forward. If you do not call and change your address before they pull the names before the next mailout you will miss the issue. I believe it is the same with all mail order companies.
