No members card

Hi Y'all I closed on a resale 12/12/12 already have my reservation for August and I have not received my member cards yet should I have and who do I contact thanks.

After two months you should definitely have your member card. To get them quickly, you can go to the DVC centers at WDW or DL and they will print them in about 3 seconds after verifying who you are. You don't need the card to check into a reservation, but you do for discounts.

Once your account is setup by DVC, it can take up to 8 weeks for member cards to be mailed out. They are done by an outside vendor in batches.

When I called them, they did say they do them in batches and mail them out in batches, but they know when your's is mailed out. Give them a call, ask them if it was mailed out already. If it was and it's been over 2 weeks, they will mail another one out to you.

Call Member Services, they will probably transfer you to Member Administration.

I never received my original membership cards. I waited two months and called. Two months later I called again and finally just gave up. I went to Doorway to Dreams to get my actual cards but I was told I could get them at Saratoga Springs DVC office when I got to Florida.
