They no longer send things to people for DME, and have not in quite a long time, since there really is no need to have paperwork.
If you have ever seen anyone have to wait in the lobby for someone to sort a lost whatever due to a tech malfunction, you would understand WHY you should always have a hard copy back up of everything. Not once in a trip has having those not come in handy at some point. They send stuff via email all the time, all you have to do is ask.

Never needed the paperwork to get on DME to the resort. and honestly didn’t bring them most of the time the past 5 years when we used them.

So, for us, it was not a big deal at all.

Same here. Magic bands for us usually. There was one time they couldn't find our reservation but even then it's - which resort? and on DME we went.

Exactly. It’s not like it’s a plane reservation. They just get you on the next bus with space.

I use the ME form on the Members Website to make ME reservations. I always get an email back from MS with details. You could print that if you like, or call ME to confirm.
