No magic band when flying

So we are looking to go this fall and having a grandmother join us. My husband and I with the kids will be driving since we live 2.5 house away. Gma will fly since she is across the country. I know she can set up her own stuff for the bus when landing but what if she doesn't have her magic band...is that going to be an issue? We will probably hold on it for her till she arrives at the resort.

Not having a Magicband will be no issue. she'll either get a barcode they can scan or just have her write down the reservation number and they can look up her magical express information from that.

We often have family flying in separately, I just scan and email the DME reservation with the barcode on the top to each person who needs it so they can print a copy. Much easier than mailing magic bands! If this isn't an option as long as she has the WDW reservation # she could also stop at the DME desk and the will print up a voucher for her to use to board DME.

International travelers don't pick up their Magic Bands until they get to their resort, so it's not a requirement for getting on DME.
