I've been using magical express for years, but never ran into this issue before. Group of 3 all arriving same day/resort. Mickey mail arrives and I'm missing from all the DME info and no luggage tag for me. We called weeks ago to fix it, were told the tags were being sent out. I leave next in 5 days still no tags.. Called DME back they said to just make sure my bag is clearly labeled, that I don't need the luggage tag they will still find and deliver the bag. That this happens everyday for guests booking last min that don't have enough time to ship tags. I hate to make the others wait for half an hr at the luggage carousel just for my bag when theirs are getting delivered. But leaving the airport with no tag on my bag, I'd feel better hearing from others who have done this..
