We like The Plaza.
As others have said, the menu does change. I miss the meatloaf entre' they used to have (don't see it on the menu above). The Chef (Ken) was walking through the dining room one time and I asked him the "trick" that made his meatloaf taste better than mine. It boiled down to the fact that 25% of the dish was ground pork and 75% was beef (and I made that change to my recipe at home). But the pot roast offering has taken its place as my fave in its absence.
It's a place to get some comfort food in a MK table service setting. BoG is too costly for us (and the food doesn't meet the price point), Skipper Canteen has small portions and few menu choices, and Tony's is an option since its reputation has improved after a decade at the bottom of the list years ago. The Plaza, however, has been my 'Ol Reliable'.
Yes, it can be loud (lots of hard surfaces that bounce noise around) and it's not big (smaller seating capacity) but we eat there about 50-75% of our MK days.

PS - and yes, I have been unhappy with my Plaza dinner at times but it's because mine didn't turn out as well as the choices of our other table guests.
