No Loss for TWO WEEKS!!!

Arg!! I hate it when the scales don't go down like they're supposed to!!! But, I do have to be thankful they haven't gone UP either, right? It's a bit discouraging though, but I'm not going to give up, I'll keep plugging away and hopefully SOON the number will start to go DOWN again!!! *sigh*

{{{{HUGS}}}} It is frustrating when that scale doesn't move.....I know the feeling well. Hang in there and keep plugging away and before you know it you will see the results.

Hang in there and it will happen. Do you think that you could add a little to your exercise routine that might give you a little jump start back into the losing groove? Just a thought. Keep up your hard work and you'll be glad you did.

I feel your pain!! Sometimes those scales just won't cooperate, no matter what we try. Usually it's from the nasty old Bloat Fairy hanging about and messing us up. Hopefully you will have a visit from the Whoosh Fairy and she will kick that nasty BF out!

I'm so glad to see that your determined to stick it out!! With that kind of attitude, you can't help but be successful!! Way to go!

Hang in there, I know it's frustrating. My body does this too.

3 weeks ago I lost 2 pounds then .6 the next week, didn't loose anything the next week and I ended up loosing 2.8 this week. If you average all those weeks I am right on target. While those weeks are going by, it is depressing though!

Hang in there, It will catch up.

I stepped on the scales this morning and a half-pound more is gone, so I was happy about that! Onward and downward!!
