A catalog of course (like I need one) 
, one of those info folders on the candles, my invoice, a LOT of stuffing (as usual) but,
NO CANDLE!!
Honestly, no candle! I searched all through that packing, I couldn't believe it! I thought it quite funny but, didn't know how they'd react.
I called them and told the lady that answered what happened and, she laughed and, connected me to customer service. There, the lady was hysterical! She said this was one for the record books!
She had me laughing so hard. She was imagining me looking through all that packaging and wondering, What the Hey?! 
She said I made her day and she'd share with her co-workers!
Anyway, they're sending another candle.
