No hot tubs at Disney value resorts

Not trying to start a fight but I thought the minimum age for the hot tub was 12? Maybe that is without an adult but not sure. Did a quick google search and couldn't find anything and have to leave the boards to get to an appointment so don't want this to escalate, just wanted information.
Hmm, if so I am not aware - I will definitely check next time though! When we stayed at CBR in 2015, the first time we visited the pool area there were kids (some younger than mine) in the hot tub, so my kids went & got in it too. I don't remember (probably didn't notice) the signage :(

Absolutely! I'm a Florida native and would seek out hot tubs even on warm nights.

Typically it's less crowded as the younger children tend to stick to the pool. It's relaxing after a long day; also, it's usually more secluded and feels like you have some privacy depending on the resort you're at. I don't know about anyone else, but I certainly am not up to swimming in the pool after a long day at the park; I would much rather spend a few minutes kicking my feet up in a Jacuzzi.

We would normally go in August and I also spend a little time in the hot tub. It always feels good after walking in the parks for the first few dayss

If there is signage, they don't enforce it. I've never been in a hot tub at the moderates without kids, sometimes even infants, in it. That includes later at night. I've had them in them at the quiet pools in the deluxe resorts as well but not as often or as many. My grown son and I were at CBR last March around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and there was barely room for us in the hot tub because there were so many kids in it splashing and jumping. We would have just left but we were there because he has permanent nerve damage in his spine and after walking around the parks in the morning, the hot water and jets feel good on his back. There was a pregnant woman with a baby still in diapers in it as well, which was probably not smart but not my business.

Soooo looking forward to using the hot tub at the AKL next month.

A hot tub sure feels good on my sore knees after a long day in the parks. So yes, I would go in one, even in the summer.

Back when you could use the pools earlier in the morning, I enjoyed an early-morning soak in a hot tub and swim before starting the day. Really helped get the stiffness out.

Ewww about the diapers! At CBR, one of the hot tubs is kind of "hidden" behind the big slide, and we noticed that one was usually much less crowded (and with less kids) than the one nearest the tiki bar ;-)

We just got back from POFQ. 12 is the minimum age to be in the hot tub without supervision.

I like hot tubs.. even in Summer.. Of course we are not at the pool unless its evening anyway..
the problem with hot tubs is it becomes a secondary kiddie pool. :(

We go to Hawaii every other year, in the summer. And use the hot tubs all the time.

But, we've as of yet to use the hot tubs at Pop Century. Can't seem to find them....
