No "Holiday Cheer" at Epcot

Just got back today from my Thanksgiving Disney Trip. I went to Epcot yesterday and there was Holidays around the World,the Lights of Winter, the Tree Lighting and even the Candlelight Processional. The Holiday Cheer for booths were closed though I was so looking forward to seeing what that was all about....Anyone know what type of food is sold there? When it opens?

It's not food if my memory serves me right, it's mixed drinks both hot and cold.

Yeah, I think it's mostly stuff like hot chocolate and cider. Nothing really special.
