No free valet anymore...really?

I think I read something awhile back stating even though you are a WDW Resort guest valet parking is no longer free. Is this true?

That is correct. There is now a charge for valet parking, $6 a day; exceptions are handicap persons, and also DVC members who can still valet park free at a DVC resort.

They started charging $6 per day in July of 2001.
