I just made my reservations for Sept 2010 and the cast member told me that they dont have the free dining available for Sept 2010? It may just be too early, but is it possible they are doing away with free dining in September?

It's a year by year thing. They usually don't announce it until (I think) April. So no way to know if they'll have it next year till then. Good luck!

They usually don't announce the free dining until the Spring. There are bounceback specials right now but probably won't know anything about the public deals until March/April.

Still to early to tell at this point. I would be surprised if they do not offer the promotion again in 2010. It has been very successful at getting the resorts filled up. They usually do not announce it this early anyway. Keep watching and maybe you will be lucky.

We just back from our trip and I immediately did the bounceback where there's free dining in september, 2010. I believe it'll just announce it for the public probably in the Spring. That's the time when we booked this trip specifically because of the free dining in September.

They never make that offer available to the public until late March, or early April. However, when we were there in August, they were offering a bounce back with free dining for August / Sept 2010, so I would be very surprised if they didn't make the same offer (or one very similar) available to the public also.

I am pretty sure they will have it, it just isn't available to book yet unless you are doing a bounceback. We had to cancel our bounceback this year and when we changed our reservation the CM said we could add free dining when it was available next year. Of course they don't know for sure, but it is a popular promotion and in this economy I don't think they would get rid of it at this point.

I'm going to move this over to our resort codes board.

I hope they do as I booked everything except the dining through our AAA agent as she suggested that we wait to add the dining plan & see if the "free" dining would be back. I'm just hoping for some pixie dust to blow our way :scared:
